Use SmartOutline
HTML Forms to Track Customer Issues.
SmartOutline is the first application of it's kind that
allows users the flexibility to store information of various
types in a non-linear fashion, while maintaining data integrity

In the article below, we will illustrate how to quickly create a
customer issue tracking form using SmartOutline's HTML Form
application.
Step 1. Add a HTML Form to your outline.
Step 2. Cancel the HTML Form Picker dialog and select
Create a New Form.
Step 3. From the HTML Form Creator, title the form and add fields the satisfy your
forms needs.
Step 4. Enter information into form.
Obviously this is an scaled down version of a 'real-world'
customer issue tracking form, but you can readily see that the
form is very easy to create and use. Now that you are done
creating your form, you may add 'My Customer Issues' forms to your
outline anytime you like. When you are done you can export your
customer data to just about any popular office format such as
Access, Word, XML and many more.
